20 July, Daily Pre-Market Report

We initiated a short position in the S&P’ futures yesterday at 1069. Also I review how we intend to play Wheat futures, we believe this is the start of a bull run for wheat and weakness is to be bought into. Unfortunately the drought in Russia has worsened in the last week. It’s spreading to most of the Volga rive basis, where a large portion of the countries wheat, corn and soy beans are produced.
